PICK UP ORDERS: Most orders are available for pick up within 24 hours excluding holidays. To arrange a pick up date and time, please send us a direct message via Instagram (@xolashesla) or text message with a screenshot of your order number. Local pick ups are available almost everyday and pick up times are flexible!
SHIPPING: For all orders, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed & shipped. Orders are mailed out weekly Mon-Fri before 4pm PST. All orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped on the next available business day.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email order confirmation notification. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping email notification with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to be updated. If you do not see the confirmation emails in your inbox, please check your junk email.
XOLASHES is NOT responsible for shipping delivery times or delays. Customers must track their own package with the tracking number provided.
XOLASHES is NOT responsible for updating an incorrect address, changing incorrect contact information, or changing an order once placed. Please review that all of your information is correct before submitting your order. It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate mailing address & contact information during checkout. Should the customers order be returned to us for any reason, refunds will not be permitted.
Once your package is in the hands of a shipping carrier, it becomes the sole responsibility of the shipping carrier. Although products are generally not damaged during the shipping process, XOLASHES is NOT responsible for any products that may be damaged during shipping. Once your package is marked as delivered, XOLASHES is NOT liable or responsible for any lost, stolen or misplaced packages.
