Refund policy

XOLASHES currently has a strict NO REFUND & NO RETURN POLICY.

We do not accept returns even if the item(s) is unused and in it's original packaging. All sales are final. No exceptions. XOLASHES does not cancel/refund orders after they are placed, are in transit or delivered. This applies to any sale items as well.

EXCHANGES (if applicable): In the unlikely event that you have received the wrong item(s) or if your product is damaged/defective due to a manufacturing defect, XOLASHES will replace it. You must let us know within 24-48 hours of receiving your order. Replacement items can only be sent up to 2 days after your package has been delivered. Email us at shopxolashesla@gmail.com with your order number and description.  

NOTE: All products are thoroughly inspected before being shipped out.
